French Through Films - online workshop

If you are a film lover and want to dip into French culture, then this workshop is made for you! Our AFA Instructor Aline took courses in Letters, Arts and Cinema at the University of Paris-Diderot and will be leading this special series of events.

Our French Through Films workshop aims at sparking off discussion in French about diverse cultural topics. During each session, you will watch one or several extracts from the movie, discuss it and understand it in a broader cultural context. Some linguistic points will also be incorporated by Aline.

This is an online workshop for adult students of intermediate level (B1) and above. We encourage you to watch the movie before the workshop. This workshop can be taken individually or as a series of four different sessions on four different movies will be offered throughout May and June.
