Members, please register and plan to attend our annual General Meeting on Saturday, October 21st, at 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The meeting will be held online (via Zoom) and we promise to keep it short, but we must have a quorum in order to hold a valid election and guarantee our ability to carry on with a fully functioning Board in 2024.

 After registering, you will receive a confirmation email after your membership is verified containing information about joining the meeting. You must be a valid member as of October 11, 2023 to vote in this meeting. The formal meeting announcement and proposed agenda can be found in this email.
