How to Make a French Macaron

We are thrilled to announce our upcoming Cook & Chat event with Austin’s own Miss Macaron, which will take place on Saturday, May 13 from 1:30 - 3pm. All proceeds from the event will go to the Alliance Française d’Austin’s scholarship fund. This event will be held online, and it's a unique opportunity to learn how to make the perfect macaron with Christina Aimard, the owner of Miss Macaron.

Christina is an expert in French patisserie, and she will be walking participants through the steps of making macarons in an interactive presentation. You will have the chance to ask questions and learn from Christina as she demonstrates how to create these delicate and delicious treats.
